Eduardo Pavón

Eduardo Pavón builds hyperrealistic drawings stroke by stroke with a ballpoint pen. The site had to show that patience up close.

I built a static site in Spanish and English that loads fast and stays out of the way. A magnifier lets you follow every line.

What I did

  • Static pages in two languages, built with Astro and Tailwind, with no framework running in the browser.
  • One small script: a magnifier over each drawing.
  • An image pipeline that prepares every artwork for the web.
  • Everything runs in Docker, from the dev server to the build.
